NEWS FROM THE OFFICE
 
Welcome back. Just a few reminders for parents/caregivers and students.
 
Paying Accounts
When paying accounts, please place payment in a sealed
envelope with the name of student and what the payment is for. Please only pay fees when requested, not before. Teachers will hand out notices next week regarding payment of subject books.
 
Pupil donation will be called for at the end of term.
 
ID Cards
Please pay for ID Cards separately from other payments and preferably in a separate sealed envelope. Closing date for ID Cards is Wednesday 15th February.
 
 
Vehicle and Lunch Passes
Vehicle and Lunch Passes are available from Mrs Wright. The sooner these forms are in the sooner they can be actioned. Vehicle passes are subject to Mr Douglas’s approval. Students without a pass are not to bring their vehicle to school.
 
Appointments
If your student has an appointment they must bring a note to Mrs Wright in the Photocopy room. A slip is then written out for the student to pick up allowing them to leave class to
attend their appointment. 
 
Sickbay
Students that are feeling unwell must report to sickbay whereupon Mrs Wright will decide if the student’s parent/caregiver need to be contacted.
