On a Friday morning a group of South Otago High School students meet at 7:45am and travel to Otago Polytechnic.
Each week 11 students travel and study in a tertiary environment in a wide range of courses including a Police Pathways course, Sport and Exercise, Automotive, Beauty, Hospitality and Salon Skills. As well as experiencing Otago Polytechnic students work towards either Level 2 or Level 3 NCEA credits. Many of our Friday courses have led onto further study in the same pathway or employment.
