Future Directions

Year 13 students have been busy planning and preparing for their next steps out of school and into further training, study and employment.

The Careers and pathways website is updated regularly with scholarships and opportunities https://sohs.careerwise.school/
The daily notices also have a range of information that is helpful for students with their next steps, students and parents/caregivers can access the notices through the school website portal.
Some of the liaison officers have recently visited the school to assist students with planning University (Greg Heller: [email protected]) and Polytechnic courses (Otago Polytechnic: Carly Nesbit - [email protected] Telford: Heidi Stephens - [email protected]
For students applying for accommodation for next year students need to complete the process through the online application processes that are currently open for applications for 2024.
