Earlier in May SOHS had two teams complete films for the 48 Hour Film competition.

On Friday night students receive a brief which includes various compulsory aspects, such as a film genre, a specific character and a type of shot to include. Films must be planned, shot and edited in 48 hours and submitted on Sunday evening. Both films have been nominated for awards in the Dunedin/Otepoti regional competition and we will travel to Dunedin on the 1st of July for the finals. Team One was Erin Turn and Jess Daumann, Team Two was Logan Dunn, Slade Dunn and Alex Marsh. We wish them the best of luck and can't wait to hear the final results!
