Dear Parents/Caregivers

This letter is to advise you that, along with a number of other schools in this region, South Otago High School will be closed for a Teacher Only Day on Friday 15 November.

This day has been set aside by many of the secondary schools in the region for teaching staff to work on NCEA Professional Development and national curriculum changes.

I would also like to make you aware that senior students are still expected to attend their NCEA external assessments as scheduled. The school will still be operating as an exam centre and be supervised by the Exam Centre Manager.
