Our online Kindo shop links to our schools records, and we’ve noticed you’ve not yet linked your family account.
This could be for three reasons:
- You have not yet created your myKindo account, or
- You have not yet added your student to their new organisation, or
- Your myKindo account email address does not match the email we have for you at school
Create an account:
- Visit mykindo.co.nz or scan the QR code.
- Create an account.
- You will be able to see outstanding payment requests and make part or full payments.
Check your account:
- Login at mykindo.co.nz, or via our app.
- Add the member on ‘my details’.
- You will then see a message asking you to Complete Setup. Please click and follow the steps on the screen.
- If you receive an error go to ‘my details’ to check your email address matches the one we have for you at school.
- If the emails differ, you can update either your myKindo account, or contact the school to update your school records.
