South Otago High School wellbeing student/parent/caregiver support
Able Minds
Able Minds was formed in 2015 through the merger of Supporting Families and the Schizophrenia Fellowship Otago, organisations that have supported the Otago/Southland region for over 40 years.
All Able Minds services are free and aim to provide advocacy, education, and support. We help people learn new skills, build confidence, make connections, and find camaraderie during times of need.
