In our Year 10 Hospitality class we have been working through a burger unit focusing on how we can make "fakeaways" at home instead of eating out.

Students had to design their own burgers that would be able to be cooked at home for their family. This was done by trying out a variety of different herbs and spices and seeing which ones they likes the best. 

The students did their final burger last week and they produced some impressive looking burgers.
