The Year 13 PE classes had a very fun learning opportunity to participate in a HYROX sim, with Keely and Kane from Pro-Fit Balclutha

The students got into teams of 6 and had to compete various exercises similar to the HYROX competitions we have been learning about in class. Kane spoke to us about his lead up to going to the World Champs for HYROX in Sweden. The opportunity was a valuable experience for their up and coming assessment on how current Physical Activity Trends have an impact on New Zealand Society. A massive thank you to Keely and Kane for taking time out of their busy lives, to help us with our learning in Level 3 PE.
