On Monday at SOHS we were lucky enough, through Westpac Bank, to have gold medal Paralympian Sophie Pascoe visit and speak with us.
Our head students Rashaun, Aniva, Rian, and Jorja asked Sophie some thoughtful questions before the discussion was opened up to the rest of the school.
Sophie spoke about the accident she experienced at two years old and the resilience needed to reach the top of her chosen sport — swimming.
