On Tuesday morning at 7am South Otago High School hosted our annual Matariki Parakuihi/Breakfast!

Our senior students along with our Cultural Prefects Jorja Andrews and Grace Bradfield led our event with karakia , whaikōrero and Waiata. Students explained what Matariki is , what the 9 stars are and what they represent. 

Then our Kapa Haka performed and entertained everyone as they ate their breakfast. Many thanks to our senior A netball team for this
