This Thursday we have had Studylink come in and discuss applying for student loans - students should be getting all of their information prepared and starting the application process ASAP.

Monday 27th July at mentor time the Otago Polytechnic liaison Carly Nesbit is coming in to meet with all students applying to Otago Polytechnic for next year to assist with applications, verify documents and answer questions.

Saturday 1st August - Applications for Halls of residence open 

Monday 3rd August from 9am the University of Otago liaison Greg Heller is coming in to meet with all students applying to the University of Otago for next year to assist with paper selection, assist with applications and answer questions. 

Students who are undecided between a few options next year (for example still undecided between First Year Health Science at University or Nursing at Polytechnic) should apply for both providers and both lots of halls, then they can make final decisions based on where they are accepted or where they get scholarships for.
