Over the last couple of weeks we have received a snapshot of anonymous feedback from staff and students about aspects of their wellbeing and the ways that we support people in school.
There are huge benefits for staff, students and the school environment when we know about some of the things that work well for people and some things that may help.
I spoke with the students this week in assembly and gave them some feedback. We have been speaking with staff so that we can all celebrate what is working well and get on with helping to find solutions to ideas that have come forward. One of the pieces of feedback that came through was the importance of promoting support. On top of home and school support there are a number of agencies that are available to help provide support. I have attached some with links to their websites. We are all different and we recognise that there is no one size fits all when it comes to how we can help each other.
