Kia ora everyone!

Just a short message from the SOHS SADD Committee. This month (September) is motorcycle awareness month. As road users, we all have to be aware of our surroundings. This does not just include cars, and it's important that we look out for those who are using a motorcycle or really any other vehicle. For motorcycle users, this month is a reminder to make sure that you have everything in place to keep yourself and others safe on our roads; making sure your vehicle is roadworthy and paying attention to your surroundings when driving. If you believe that your motorcycle or other vehicle is in need of a check-over, going to AA or your local car garage is the best way to make sure you are confident of a safe drive. It is also important to note that wearing the correct protective gear, such as a certified helmet, riding jacket, gloves, boots, etc, is crucial. We want to ensure that everyone continues to look after one another on our roads! Have a great remainder of this month, and stay safe, whanau.
